This agreement sets out the terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions') applicable to members of the service operated by The taRANTism. Submitters must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The taRANTism shall have absolute and full discretion as to whether or not it accepts a submission for participation in the service. However, The taRANTism will not, under any circumstances, allow the submission of pornographic or adult content, copyrighted content, or blatantly inappropriate material for the site.
COPYRIGHTS
Copyright material may not be posted on The taRANTism unless the submitter has full rights to reproduce the material. All essays, editorials, poems, stories and artwork must be original material created by the user. If the material is copyrighted by the submitter, then an email must be used to claim ownership of the material.
OWNERSHIP
Ownership of material published on The taRANTism is granted to The taRANTism unless an e-mail is provided. The e-mail acts as a digital signature which allows the submitter to claim the material as the submitter's property. If an e-mail address is provided, The taRANTism receives full reproductive rights of the material while the submitter retains ownership. Otherwise, the ownership passes on to The taRANTism.
LEGAL ISSUES
In the event that The taRANTism be liable for any damages (including, copyright infringement) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on The taRANTism's Internet site, even if The taRANTism or a The taRANTism authorized representative, judicial responsibility lies in the submitter who breached the Terms of Service regarding copyrights.
